Daily forecasts and optimal timing recommendations

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Paid features require a subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our subscribe page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You will be billed on the same date each month/year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro and 14 days for Team subscriptions. After the trial period, refunds are at our discretion.

4.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
Share account credentials with others (except authorized Circle members)
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use the Service to harm, harass, or discriminate against others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the analytical framework, designs, code, and content, is owned by The Realm of Patterns. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

You retain ownership of your personal data and check-in responses. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

7.1 Not Professional Advice

The Service provides pattern insights for personal reflection and entertainment. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

7.2 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or readings. Cosmic patterns are interpretive frameworks, not deterministic prophecies. Results vary by individual.

7.3 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Realm of Patterns is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
